Bio Concepts Engage is an educational site committed to evolving practitioner’s education. The content is available to approved Bio Concepts practitioners only.
Engage is an all-in-one educational platform. We have moved all Bio Concepts educational resources from both the Bio Concepts and the previous Education Centre websites into Bio Concepts Engage.
What is the difference between Bio Concepts Engage and the Education Centre
Bio Concepts Engage is a new version of the Education Centre and will replace this educational platform. Bio Concepts Engage will be an educational platform available for all Bio Concepts approved practitioners, not just paid members. There will be access levels to suit all practitioners.
All Bio Concepts educational content will now be housed in the Engage website.
What does the Engage Membership include?
All practitioners that are approved with Bio Concepts website access also have an Engage membership.
There are two levels of access –
Practitioner Access which is free
Premium Access which is paid.
Your Access level determines what your membership includes.

Billing & payments
What does Engage cost?
There are two levels of access with Engage Membership.
The first level of access is free for all practitioners.
The second level is Premium access with two options:
Premium membership is set as auto renewal, so you don't have to remember to upgrade once it lapses. We will remind you before we charge you again. You can also opt in or out at any time if you change your mind.

How do I purchase an Engage membership?
If you are an approved practitioner, you already have Engage membership at the free practitioner access level. You can access the site by visiting bioconceptsengage.com.au and login with your practitioner account details.
If you were an Education Centre member previously, you will have Premium Access until your current membership ends.
If you wish to upgrade to premium membership there are two ways to do this:
1. There is an ‘Upgrade’ button at the top right of the Bio Concepts Engage website. This will take you through the checkout process to upgrade.
2. You can also upgrade your membership by going into your Account Settings/Personal Details/Membership/Premium and go through the checkout process to upgrade your membership.
Your Premium Access will be effective immediately and subsequent payments will automatically deducted from your nominated credit card at the next billing cycle, unless you cancel your Premium Access.
How do I start my free trial?
We are offering a 30 day free trial for Premium Access to all practitioners that don’t have current Education Centre membership.
If you don’t have Bio Concepts website access, simply sign up and a free trial will be applied.
If you already have Bio Concepts website access, you can start your Premium free trial when you are ready by hitting the ‘Premium Free Trial’ button on Engage website.
A reminder email will be sent seven days before your trial ends. If you like what you receive as a premium member, you can upgrade to Premium once your free trial ends.
If you have Education Centre membership, you will be upgrade to Premium automatically until your current membership ends.
Can I pause my Premium Engage Access?
You are unable to pause your Premium access, but you can cancel at any time. This will be effective at the end of your nominated billing cycle. No cancellation fees will apply.
To cancel your Premium Access, go into your Account Settings and there is a cancel button under your Membership section.
If you cancel and change your mind, you can also reactivate your Premium Access. Once you have cancelled, there is a ‘Reactivate Membership’ button in your Membership section.
Once you have cancelled your Premium Access, you can turn it back on at anytime.
How do I cancel my Engage membership?
To cancel your Premium Access, go into your Account Settings/Membership/Cancel Membership section.
This will come into effect at the end of your nominated billing cycle. No refunds will be given for the time period before this ends.
Can I get a refund for my Engage Membership payment?
We are unable to offer a refund for a change of mind after purchasing Premium Access.
When you cancel your Premium Access, this will come into effect as of the next billing cycle. No refunds can be offered for the time period before this ends.
How do I update my payment method?
You can update your payment method anytime by going to Account Settings/Details/ Billing Information- where you can update your credit card details at any time. This card will be charged in the next billing cycle.
How do I view my billing history and receipts?
All Invoices for Premium Access will be stored in your Account Settings.
You can view all Invoices and download them at any time. These are stored in the Account Settings/Details/Invoices.
What happens if my credit card expires?
If your credit card is expiring, you will receive an email alert one month before the expiry and then seven days before. This will prompt you to update your card details.
If your card is not updated before the next payment is due, your payment will fail and your Access level will be reverted back to the free practitioner access. You will still be able to access Bio Concepts Engage, but will not receive the added benefits of premium membership. You will receive an email should your payment not go through.
If this happens you can still upgrade your access at anytime and enter a new credit card.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails on your subscription renewal date, you will receive an email notification to update your nominated credit card details within your account settings. We will re-attempt the payment in 7 days. In the meantime, your premium membership will remain.
Can I purchase individual webinars?
All webinars are included as part of Premium Access. At this stage you are unable to purchase individual webinars. You may however purchase Premium Access for a month and then opt -out after viewing the webinar.
Managing your account
Resetting my password
This feature is not currently in the Engage site. You can reset your password in the Bio Concepts website (Account settings)
The two sites are connected with the same access level therefore changing your password will update both the Engage and Bio Concepts sites.
Why can’t I log in to my account?

How do I change my email address?

What should I add to my Engage profile?
You can add a personal profile image to your profile and this will appear at the top of the site at all time so you know you’re logged in.
If you have Premium Access we would also suggest you set up your personalisation. You can do this in the ‘Personalise’ tab in your Account Settings. Here you can set up personal interests and then suggested content will be given based on this on the homepage of the site.
How do I subscribe to email notifications?
You can subscribe to emails through the Bio Concepts website. If you’re not already part of our email list, a pop-up will appear at the top of the sign inviting you to subscribe to our emails.
Navigating Engage webinars
How do I find a webinar to watch?
There are a few ways you can access the webinars in the Engage site.
1. Click on the ‘Explore’ navigation and there is a ‘Webinars’ option. This will display the full list of webinars in chronological order.
2. On the homepage under ‘Are you looking for’ there is a ‘Webinar’ button. Click on this and it will display the full list of webinars in chronological order.
3. If you know the exact webinar you are looking for, use the search bar at the top right-hand of the site and enter the name of the webinar.
4. If you want to view the Clinical Concepts Live collection, go to the ‘Collections’ menu and you will find all of the Clinical Concepts Live webinars in chronological order.
How do I find webinars that I have watched?
On the homepage there is a ‘Continue viewing’ section at the bottom of the page. This includes all webinars and video’s you have started watching.
There is also a ‘Recently viewed’ section in your Account Settings in the ‘Content’ tab. This displays everything you have recently viewed. The webinar you have viewed may be here if it was viewed recently.
How do I save webinars for later?
You can create a ‘Favourites list’ and save webinars to your Favourites located in the ‘Content’ tab in your Account Settings.
To add to your favourites list, click the + button on the top right of the webinar page.
How do I access additional webinar material?
All additional webinar handouts are located in the ‘Additional Resources’ at the bottom of the webinar page. You can view and download these resources as a PDF at any time.
How do I get my CPE certificate?
To receive your CPE certificate, you must view the full webinar. You will then be prompted to fill out a short survey before downloading the CPE certificate. Once you have done this, your CPE certificate will also be available in your Account Settings under the CPE points tab to access at any time.
The CPE points section is available for all members.
Can I watch webinars if I don’t have Premium Access?
Each month there will be a Clinical Concepts Live webinar available for free practitioner members. This will then be archived after a certain period of time and only available for Premium Access members.
As a free practitioner member you will be able to see all the information about our webinars, but you will not be able to play the video.
The CPE points section is available for all members.
How do I get a student discount?
We are offering all students a 50% discount on their first Annual Premium membership.
For a unique discount code, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may require proof of study before offering the discount code.
Students can also access all of the free educational content at no cost or at the usual monthly rate of $9.95.
Why aren’t my videos playing?
Firstly, ensure that your internet connection is okay and try refreshing your page. The majority of the time video issues are browser-specific. Sometimes you may have a plugin installed that is blocking videos. Try using a different browser or incognito window instead.
Why are my videos blurry?
If you see a blurry or fuzzy video, your internet connection may be weak or unstable. Try restarting your home network to see if this resolves the issue. If this doesn’t work, try connecting your computer directly to the modem or moving closer to your router.

How do I select the content I want to follow?
If you have Premium Access you are able to set up personalisation. This allows you to follow content and we will offer suggestions on what you might like.
You can do this in the ‘Personalise’ tab in your Account Settings. Here you can set up personal interests and then suggested content will be given based on this on the homepage of the site.
Can I edit my personalisation?
If you have Premium Access you can edit your personal preferences at any time.
Simple go to the ‘Personalise’ tab in Account Settings and reselect the interests and content type. Newly suggested content will be added based on your new preferences.
